Terms & Conditions of Service
Note that by submitting an order on www.LDWEST.com you here by agree and are bounded by these terms and conditions.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE WORLD WIDE PANDEMIC OF COVID-19, WE CANNOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All clearance items, warehouse clearance items, heavily discounted sale items (over 15% off the regular retail price such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, Anniversary Sales, Groomsmen deals, etc) as is items and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, no exceptions.
All international orders shipped outside of Canada or the continental US states are final sale, no exchanges, no credits, no refunds, including international shipments that were sent with a freight forwarding service. This also applies to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, British Virgin Islands, etc.LD WEST is not responsible for any sent back shipments due to missed delivery attempts or packages that were not picked up at the courier shipping terminals that are being held by default or have been requested to be held (not limited to). If you refuse the shipment upon delivery or if the package is unsuccessfully undelivered, you are forfeiting your order and your item(s) will be abandoned indefinitely. This also applies to any order that was returned back to the shipper (RTS). If in the event a refused or abandoned package is sent back to LD West and the shipping fees are billed back to LD West, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping fees, the RTS shipping fee and the restocking fee of $10 per item. Please note that any item that has been has been returned to shipper will be billed at the full retail price by the courier. We will only issue a refund once we receive the invoice from the designated courier which is usually about 2-3 weeks after delivery depending on the courier.
LD WEST® will not issue any refunds for denied, refused, undelivered shipments and/or weather related shipping delays (not limited to).
LD WEST is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages during shipping or after delivery of a package (not limited to) or responsible for any damages to the product during shipping. Insurance must be purchased with shipping at checkout and it is the purchasers responsibility to file the claims required to initiate the process of a credit or replacement in the event the package is lost, stolen or damaged only if insurance was purchased.
If package insurance is not purchased at checkout, the courier company drivers (FedEX, DHL, USPS, Canada Post, Canpar, UPS) may leave the package at the delivery address. If the package is stolen once it has been left, we nor the courier will not issue any refunds/replacements or reimbursements. Due to the high numbers of thefts of unattended packages, we highly recommend purchasing package insurance.
If insurance was purchased, LD WEST will not issue refunds or replacements for lost/stolen packages until a trace has been initiated with the shipper and then a claim form is approved for a refund for the lost goods.This process can take between 2 to 5 weeks depending on the shipper. This only applies to orders that purchased the insurance option at checkout.
LD WEST will not refund shipping costs once the package has been processed and shipped. Express services of 1-3 business days is not available to Hawaii and Alaska at this time or any non continental US states or some rural, remote or off main land Provinces and territories in Canada. If this service is selected, we will refund the difference and send the package with the next fastest delivery option available.
LD WEST is not responsible for shipments that were signed for incorrectly, lost or stolen.
LD WEST is not responsible for lost/stolen packages if you have authorized the courier service provider to leave your package with or without a signature, even if you have purchased package insurance. If you authorize the release and the package is lost/stolen, we nor the shipper will not reimburse you or issue any refunds or replacements, no exceptions.
LD WEST is not responsible for any incorrectly provided or missing shipping address and/or information. Please ensure upon check out that you have provided the correct email address. A phone number where you can be reached is mandatory. Added shipping insurance does not cover any lost/abandoned packages with missing or incorrect shipping addresses and/or information. If the package is recoverable, you will be liable to pay the courier or LD WEST for the shipping charges to have a reattempt to deliver, otherwise you are forfeiting your order and no refunds/credits can be issued.
If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, there is a 12 hour window from the time the courier has picked up your package based on the tracking information and you may be eligible to change the address if the address is within the same city for a fee of $15 in the US and Canada only by using this link below and paying for the address correction fee:
Please email us with the new order number and new address for your existing order number so we can make the changes right away. In the event we cannot make the changes, the $15 will be refunded and you will be at a total loss if the package is delivered to the address you originally provided and we cannot stop or intercept the delivery. We will not issue any refunds for any incorrectly provided addresses if the order was delivered.LD WEST is not responsible for any extra taxes, duties or fees associated with your order upon delivery. If you deny the package you are forfeiting your order and your item(s) will be abandoned indefinitely. This also applies to any order that was sent back to the shipper (If applicable). LD WEST® will not issue any refunds for denied or undelivered shipments or any "clearance/sale" items. No exceptions.
LD WEST does not charge any taxes on orders being sent outside of Canada and it is the buyers responsibility to pay the duties and taxes owed upon arrival and/or delivery.
LD WEST has the right to cancel any order without notice if the billing and shipping address submitted with the order do not match or if your order has been flagged for any reason.
If a discount code is used at checkout, please note that only one code can be used per order. Each code can only be used once per customer.
You will be responsible for tracking your package to ensure it arrives. We send tracking information once your order is processed to the email provided with your order and/or you will receive an email from the courier with tracking information. If the email provided is incorrect, LD WEST is not responsible for any issues that may arise with your package including shipping problems, tracking information or sent back packages, etc. We cannot contact you if you do not double check your email address or provide a valid phone number!
We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice to a PO BOX or APO address. We cannot ship to a PO BOX/APO address. These types of addresses also do not have expedited shipping services. Please email us prior to submitting your order for clarification. contact@LDWEST.com

You will be automatically signed up to our email newsletter when submitting an order through our website. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe prompt in the newsletters and emails. Your personal information will not be sold or used by any other company or corporations outside of the LD WEST/LVX GRP INC/LVX INC or the mentioned corporations share holders and/or corporate umbrella. These terms are subject to change at any time.
LD WEST offers a 7 calendar day price protection plan from the day we received your order (unless otherwise noted on any promotional offer). If an item you recently purchased goes on sale, please contact us and we will issue a refund for the difference towards the original payment method used (does not apply to any clearance items or major retail sales events such as Black Friday, Prime Day, Etc. and does not apply to items offered on a deep discount sale of more than 15% off the retail price). Please note that original orders that already included a discount with the use of promotional codes, gift cards, and/or coupons or sales prices, are not eligible for price protection. Price protection only applies to orders that did not use promotional codes or coupons or gift cards.
Price adjustments cannot be applied with the use of promo codes, coupons or gift cards after we received your order. These types of discounts must be submitted at the time of purchase. Discounts issued by management are final and cannot be combined with other sales, promotions or discounts and cannot be re-negotiated.
If you received free shipping with your order and you want to return the item(s) the standard shipping rates will be deducted from your refund based on the service of shipping you selected at checkout originally. For example: If you selected express 4-8 days at check out and paid $5 to upgrade from the "free" ground shipping, you will be deducted $15 for orders sent to Canada and $20 in the continental US. If you selected 1-3 days, you will be deducted $20 for orders sent to Canada and $25 in the continental US.
The cost of "free ground shipping" is built into the price of the item(s) purchased. Shipping is calculated by weight and if your order surpasses these values, the shipping rates increase and will be calculated before commencing a return and/or exchange.
The standard shipping rates for Canada are (maximum of 2 holster sets or 4 small mixed items per shipment - different rates apply to orders with more than the listed quantities). Insurance is extra:
$10 for Ground Shipping
$15 For Express 4-8 Business Days
$20 For express 1-3 Business Days
The standard shipping rates for the continental US are (maximum of 2 holster sets or 4 small mixed items per shipment, does not include package insurance - different rates apply for order with more than the listed quantities) If insurance is required, it's an additional fee:
$15 for Ground Shipping
$20 For Express 4-8 Business Days
$25 For express 1-3 Business Days
These rates will be deducted from your refund once we receive the items being returned. Please review our return policy for more information.
If you are a first time customer and order an XL size holster, or any other accessory we offer such as a phone pouch, travel wallet or passport pouch for example, and did not purchase the holster straps to go along with these accessories, we will email you and provide you with a minimum of a 12h window to respond before we process and ship your order. This policy will be applied to orders with any express shipping. This is to ensure customers are aware of how our sizing works and to mitigate any returns or sizing issues. We may also hold your order if we do not hear from you.
If you order was flagged for possible fraudulent activity, you may be required to answer the questions in the email you received and/or provide a photo of a government piece of ID such as a driver's license that match the name and billing address on the order. If you do not have a driver's license, a photo of your passport and a utility bill with the same name and billing address will also be accepted. If you cannot provide any of the required identification, we will cancel the order.
