RETURN/EXCHANGE/WARRANTY POLICY

Please note that we will require your original order number to process a return, exchange or warranty claim which can be found on the confirmation email you received after placing an order. We cannot issue any returns or exchanges without the original order number. We do not provide return labels!

Warranty

You have 60 calendar days from the original invoice date to make a warranty claim. Feel free to contact contact@ldwest.com regarding any warranty questions or concerns you may have.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item for a refund (minus the shipping charges) from the day you received your item based on the tracking information of your package. After 7 calendar days, you are eligible for an exchange or in-store credit only (see Exchange policy).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same brand new condition as when you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. There is a $10 USD restocking fee per item returned - this fee will be deducted from your invoice total.

If you received “Free Shipping” with your order, we will deduct our regular shipping rates from your invoice total, which will be calculated based on your original shipping address.  If you paid additional fees for 4-6 days or 1-3 days for delivery, those additional fees will be added to the regular shipping rates.

Please mark any return items as "warranty return". We will deny any package with any fees owing and you will be contacted and required to pay these additional fees before we can accept your package. We recommend using USPS only when sending item(s) back to Canada from the US. We do not provide return labels and we will deny your package if there are brokerage fees or duties when being sent with FedEx, UPS or DHL for example. 

Please email CONTACT@LDWEST.COM for further instructions on how to return your item. Do NOT ship your item back before getting return instructions and approval! LD WEST has the right to deny any unsolicited returns.

Exchanges/Credits

You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item or receive an in-store credit (minus shipping charges) from the day you received your item based on the tracking information of your package.

To be eligible for an exchange/credit, your item must be unused and in the same brand new condition as when you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

If you received “Free Shipping” with your order and want a store credit, we will deduct our regular shipping rates from your invoice total, which will be calculated based on your original shipping address for all credits issued.  If you paid additional fees for 4-6 days or 1-3 days for delivery, those additional fees will be added to the regular shipping rates and subtracted from your credit amount.

Please mark any return/exchange items as "warranty return". We will deny any package with any fees owing and you will be contacted and required to pay these additional fees before we can accept your package. Refunds


Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 7-10 business days depending on your card issuer’s policies. No refunds will be issued after 7 calendar days after receiving your item! Refer to our "Returns" policy.

Shipping


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns/exchanges/store credits for your item(s). If the package is lost/damaged/stolen once shipped, LD WEST is not liable. All Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels!
